KMPI Technical School for FCCCA

We are the Kaunlaran ng Manggagawang Pilipino Inc. (KMPI), a foundation operating several vocational/technical school, and one of the courses we are offering is the TESDA-registered 100-hour Finishing Course for Call Center Agents (FCCCA). This training’s modules are: 1) English Communication Skills; and 2) Quality Customer Service. Together with the TUCP Workers College, the FFW Philippine Social Institute and other partner schools, we have been operating for over 2.5 years, and have had over 4,500 FCCCA graduates.
The KMPI at present focuses on the following programs:

  • Workers Cooperatives/Enterprises Development – Provision of technical assistance to cooperatives and/or enterprises owned and initiated by workers.
  • Pabahay
  • Workers Social Insurance
  • Development of socio-economic programs for workers
