P1.5 Billion BPO Building Construction by Megaworld
Real state developer Megaworld is setting aside P1.5 billion to construct a new building specifically for business process outsourcing operators and for residential purposes.
The 27-storey Global One Center will rise at Eastwood City’s new Palm District and would have 42,000 square meters of prime office space.
Construction will begin this month and is scheduled to be finished within 24 months or the first quarter of 2009.
Global One Center is also a short walk away to Eastwood City’s newest residential offering, the Art Deco-inspired Eastwood LeGrand.
