Philippines Call Center Information

The Philippines is the best location for American companies to outsource call center services.

This was revealed by Telesource International of US yesterday through its director Jim McCubin who said that Filipino call center agents have “near flawless accent that gives them an edge over other call centers in other countries also under consideration.’’

Telesource has signed up with WinSource Solutions, Inc. as its outsourcing contact call center provider. McCubin expresses confidence in the management and operational experience of their appointed call center company.

“The Philippine call center industry is currently growing at a faster rate than anywhere else in the world,” McCubin said, describing the Philippine call center industry.

He said his company will continue to outsource in the Philippines because of its strong affinity with American culture.

Besides, he said, the Philippines has an ample supply of English speaking computer and web-savvy college graduates who view contact center work as a career.

McCubin cites the support of the Philippine government to the outsourcing call center business and said “the Arroyo government recognizes the importance of call centers, the Presidential Palace held a call center job fair last year.”
