Regus Group Expanding Call Center Operations

The Regus Group is expanding its call center operations in the country to support its network of offices in Asia Pacific.

Regus recently opened its third site in the country located at Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Regus offices provide remote workplace solutions largely catered toward multinational companies.

William Willems, Regus general manager for Southeast Asia, said the company intends to grow its call center workforce in the country to at least 40 people. The call center handles Internet and over-the-phone inquiries for Regus facilities in Asia-Pacific.

“We’ve started offering language support for the Japanese market, also in Bahasa to support Regus sites in Jakarta (Indonesia),” Willems said in an interview with INQUIRER.net.

Regus operates a total of around 100 sites in the whole of Asia Pacific. In Southeast Asia, Willems oversees 18 sites located in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines.
