Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm StarTek is hiring another 400 agents to fill its 1,110-seat facility in the Makati business district with mostly non-voice talents within the year.

The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry gleams with hope during times of crisis, according to Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
