Touch Asia Contact Solutions, Inc. is one of the most innovative and fastest growing call centers in the Philippines today. The company provides unprecedented services and opportunities to the call center industry and continues to enjoy immense growth and expansion. Since its inception in 2001, the company has grown almost 20 times in terms of revenue, 10 times with respect to staff and almost 40 times in seat number. Currently, the Makati office is being further developed and expanded, while another call center site in Cebu has just been set up in August. There are also plans to open another site in Libis, Ortigas by the end of the year.

Touch Asia was established in 2001 by a group of people with extensive experience in the telecom industry. Its core business arose from the need to respond to the growing demand for retail and wholesale telecommunication services. Taking advantage of its advanced and robust telecommunications facilities, it then became a support customer service company to its sister company, PATEMAG, a telecommunications company based in California . In line with keeping up with the growing and ever-changing needs of the contact center industry and taking advantage of its available telecommunication facilities, Touch Asia started providing connectivity services and contact center facilities management to the market.
