TREC began in 1990 and started by serving the Financial Services and Telecommunications industries and over the next several years the company experienced steady growth and market expansion, led by it’s entry into the Pharmaceutical and Health Care industries.

TREC Global was established as a result of requests from our customers, who were seeking cost effective Customer Contact and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. After in-depth discussions with our customers and extensive research on the Customer Contact and BPO industries, it became apparent that the Philippines would be the ideal location to establish a Global Delivery Center. After studying the failures of other outsourcing firms, TREC Global determined that the missing component, key to the successful delivery of global services was the lack of local Program Management providing program oversight and a single point of contact to the customer.

TREC was able to provide this critical catalyst to success by leveraging our extensive experience in service delivery to develop end-to-end processes for managing programs onsite and delivering them from our Global Delivery Center. TREC Global’s U.S. and Manila based management teams are made up of industry leading senior executives who have extensive experience in managing Customer Contact and BPO operations. Finally, to meet the growing demands for our services in North America, TREC Global has established regional offices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco.
