Our multi-channel call centers support Inbound and Outbound call handling from every workstation in each facility. Email and Web Chat services complement our call handling abilities, giving our clients multi-channel approach options for their acquisition, retention, or care projects.

Each call center channel is supported in multiple languages by our diverse call center agent pool. While most customer contacts are handled in English, Vision-X has a history of success with multi-lingual programs. This includes English, Spanish and Asian languages (notably Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, and Japanese). Multilingual programs with in-language recruiting, testing, training, scripting, and quality assurance.

As a multi-national company, Vision-X operates call centers in the US, Philippines and China. The US and Philippines call center sites handles calls in the US market. The China sites focuses on serving the Asia-Pac region, although there is some Chinese-language support to the US.
